You Approve the Design
We go over the design together and you ask for changes until it's exactly right. Once you sign off, that's exactly what gets built. No surprises, no "close enough" along the way.
You get as many rounds of changes as you need at this stage. We lock in the fonts, colors, and images so nothing shifts once we start building.
We Build, Launch & Hand You the Keys
We build your site to match the approved design, using clean code that loads fast. You're live in 3 to 10 days once we have your content. We move your hosting over, set up your analytics, and give you 30 days of priority support after launch.
Your site goes live everywhere at once, no waiting around. We point your domain to the new site, set up analytics, tell Google about your new pages, and walk you through everything on a call.

Research & Mockup Build
We look at your business, your competitors, and whatever site you have now. Then we design a real homepage mockup from scratch. No deposit, no obligation, before you pay anything.
Content Handoff & Design Approval
You approve the mockup and send over your content: copy, photos, business details. Once we have both, the build clock starts.
Building & Launch
We build the site with clean code that loads fast, test it on every browser and device, move your domain over, set up analytics, and submit your pages to Google so they start showing up in search. Foundation sites launch by day 5; Growth Engine builds by day 10.
Handover & Support

You get 30 days of free support after launch. After that, the Chinook Care Plan keeps your site running: hosting, uptime monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of content changes every month, for $49/month as a founding client ($79/month standard rate once founding spots are filled).
